Non-medical nature of classes
The information provided during classes (including demonstrations, coaching, and educational materials) is for general fitness purposes only. Classes are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional
Before starting yoga or pilates, and before continuing participation, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical condition, are recovering from an injury, have pain, or are under medical supervision. This includes, in particular, if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.
You are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate for your body and health status. Stop exercising and seek professional medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms.
Informed participation and safety
Listen to your body and follow instructor guidance. Use appropriate modifications, props, and rest as needed. If an exercise feels unsafe, do not continue that exercise.
